Sessions and Readings

Astrology readings are for entertainment purposes only. Natha is neither a Medical Provider nor a Mental Health Provider and she do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any mental or physical condition or disease. Please consult with your doctor if you feel you need help. Natha will not hesitate to refer you to a medical or psychiatric professional if it becomes apparent that those are the services you need.

Cancellations

We are happy to work with you to reschedule your sessions and our scheduling platform will allow you to reschedule your own appointments free of charge up to 6 hours before the appointment. Unfortunately, due to the amount of prep time Natha spends with each chart prior to every session, she is unable to offer refunds due to client cancellation.

If you need to reschedule your appointment past the 6 hour reschedule allowance on our acuity calendar (you can find the link to reschedule in the original confirmation, or appointment reminder emails sent to you from acuity), please email hello@electraastrology.com and we will send you a reschedule link that you can use at your leisure.

If Natha, the provider must cancel the reading, she will offer the client the choice to reschedule, or receive a refund.

No Call-No Show

Due to the high volume of clients waiting for readings, a no call-no show reading is consider fulfilled.

You should receive a 24 hour appointment reminder via email, and can reschedule though that (see our liberal reschedule policy above) and Natha will email you to check in at the 5 minute late mark. If we don’t hear back from you, we will consider you a no-show.

We do however understand that emergencies happen. Wi-fi gets weird, kids get sick, alarms get slept through. If you missed your reading by accident please email us at hello@electraastrology.com letting us know what happened and when possible, we will arrange to reschedule. We do have a limit of 1 no-call, no-show per client, per reading purchased.

Privacy

Your readings and the information you share with Natha via email and in session, will be kept private and confidential to the fullest extent under the law.
